Yoga With Mitha

your yoga haven where time slows down

Tucked away in the heart of our quiet suburb, our boutique yoga studio is more than just a place to stretch — it’s where you can exhale, slow down, and truly be seen.

Here, we believe yoga isn’t about rushing through poses in a crowded room. It’s about connection — to your body, your breath, and a small circle of like-minded souls. Our classes are intentionally small, so you’re never just another mat in the room. You’ll receive personalised guidance, gentle adjustments, and a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or looking to deepen your journey, our tranquil space offers a warm welcome, soulful teachings, and a pace that lets you savour every breath.

Come roll out your mat in a place where yoga feels like home.

Small groups. Big heart. Deep practice.
